邮箱：如果您选择绑定邮箱（OTP 验证），用于账号找回。
反馈内容：通过反馈表单提交的文字内容。

Voluntarily provided: public nickname (for leaderboards), email (if you choose to bind via OTP), and feedback form submissions.

3. Cookie 与本地存储
